Support
Delivery address changes may be possible if the shipment has not yet reached the final delivery stage. Contact our customer support team immediately with your tracking number to request an address change.
Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a notification card. You can arrange a redelivery or pick up your package from the nearest service center.
